Surebonder PRO2-220HT is a professional high-temperature glue gun built for heavy-duty use in industrial settings delivering reliable performance up to 380°F.

Built for high volume work, the PRO2-220HT combines a 220 watt heating element with a 380°F maximum temperature to maintain a steady flow of hot glue throughout longer jobs. The robust design supports continued use in demanding environments, while the lighted ON/OFF switch helps you monitor status even in dim areas. The double insulated grounded cord adds an extra layer of safety, and the sturdy construction helps reduce the need for frequent tool changes on busy projects. Ideal for industrial applications construction and package sealing when paired with standard 7/16 inch high-temperature sticks, this model includes a heavy-duty carrying case for safe transport between sites.

Versatile setup is enabled by two nozzles with protective heat resistant covers, a detachable wire stand, and an integrated gun balancer mount hole. The glue stroke adjustment screw gives fine control over dispensing, and the gun uses standard 1/2, 7/16, 0.43 diameter glue sticks. Specialty nozzle sets are available separately to adapt to different bonding tasks. Not included with this gun are specialty nozzles, which can be purchased separately.
