When you are at home you can also check temperatures on the ProTemp 2 Plus base display, making it a versatile choice for smart kitchen cooking, grilling, smoking, and oven use. You can control up to 3 devices with a single app and monitor up to 9 probes.

Long battery life supports extended cooks. The stand houses a built-in 10,000mAh rechargeable battery offering up to 80–100 hours of Wi‑Fi mode and over 1,000 hours in Bluetooth mode. The probe itself provides up to 40 hours of continuous monitoring, helping you stay powered through long sessions.

All-weather durability combines durable metal and ceramic construction with an IP55 rated base and an IP68 fully waterproof probe. The high-heat capability supports ambient temperatures up to 1000°F (530°C) and internal temperatures up to 221°F (105°C), making it suitable for direct grilling, deep frying, and other hot cooking tasks. When paired with the ChefsTemp BBQ Breezo fan (sold separately), it can become a smart temperature control center for grilling.
