This AD1S Powerhead is designed for Honeywell's new style valves with removable power heads and is compatible with V8043A, V8043E, V8043G, and V8043F. It provides a direct replacement option for these valve bodies and shares the same motor and housing design as the original part. The unit arrives as a complete assembly ready for installation, supporting the appropriate wiring configurations as applicable. This makes it suitable for field service and upgrades in systems using Honeywell's removable head valve bodies.

This CASE of 30 AD1S Powerheads includes the motor, housing, and 2 mounting screws, providing a ready to install kit for replacement tasks. The 18 inch lead wires facilitate connection to the valve body as part of standard installation. The factory lever is set to MAN. OPEN; do not apply power or move the lever until installed to prevent gear skidding and potential damage. Proper handling and correct installation ensure reliable operation with compatible valve bodies.

Electrical specifications include 24 VAC operation at 50/60 Hz with an End Switch rated for 24V 2A. This powerhead is intended for use with Honeywell's new style valve bodies and cannot be used to replace power-heads on Honeywell 3-way valves V8044E and V8044A. When replacing V8043A, V8043E, V8043G, or V8043F, ensure the valve body is compatible with removable heads.
