It remains soft and flexible, allowing it to stretch and compress with joint movement for long-lasting seals around windows, tubs, showers, sinks, countertops, PVC or metal drain pipes, and other everyday surfaces. This formulation resists yellowing and discoloration that silicone can exhibit over time, helping maintain a clean appearance on exterior and interior projects. It is designed to perform in outdoor environments under UV exposure while remaining easy to clean and maintain.

Packaged as a 5 oz tube in a pack of 1, Lexel is paintable, unlike silicone, and fully waterproof once cured with a smooth non-porous surface. Latex paint can be applied in 24 to 48 hours after curing, or oil-based paint in 3 to 4 weeks, depending on conditions. The product is not recommended for continuous submersion areas such as aquariums or swimming pools and should be tested for compatibility with some plastics before general use. It holds service temperatures from -30 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit and remains scrubbable after curing, making routine maintenance easier.

Features:

Highly elastic sealant built to outlast standard silicone, handling up to 700 percent joint movement without color loss

Instantly waterproof and sticks to wet surfaces for outdoor joints up to 2 inches

Paintable and fully waterproof once cured with a smooth non-porous surface ready for latex or oil-based paint

UV resistant exterior window caulk suitable for tubs showers sinks countertops window frames and PVC or metal pipes

Sticks to glass metal PVC for indoor or outdoor use and tolerates -30 to 200°F while never freezing and scrubbable after curing
